The Genesis
Daïmo was founded in May 2021 by a group of experienced Business Process Consultants. These consultants had previously worked in big advisory companies but wanted to forge their own path. They believed in a horizontal structure where everyone takes ownership and wanted to ensure that the time they dedicated to their customers brought added value, strong relationships, and enjoyment for everyone involved.

Launch and Growth
Shortly after its launch in May 2021, Daïmo began to rapidly expand its team by recruiting new members. In September 2021, the company even hired two students for a two-year internship in Business Analysis, enabling them to alternate between school and gaining practical experience at Daïmo. The first year of Daïmo was a resounding success, resulting in a total of 12 Daïmo members.

Building Trust and Partnerships
From a commercial standpoint, Daïmo not only successfully developed trust with major companies across various sectors, including Banking & Insurance, Telecommunication, Biotechnology, Public Sector, and other Service Industries, but also overcame the challenges associated with being a small company. Despite its small size, Daïmo showcased exceptional professionalism, added-value, and involvement with its clients. Each Daïmo member not only provides consultancy services but also contributes to Daïmo's management. This unique combination ensures that Daïmo brings a valuable perspective to its clients, encompassing both the expertise of a seasoned consultancy team and the insights of a business-driven organization.

Becoming Part of the BPM Story
After attending a BPM Conference in Munster in 2022, Daïmo realized the importance of being part of the Business Process Management (BPM) building story. In November 2022, Daïmo initiated a collaboration with the University of Namur to drive and support a PhD Research Thesis. This collaboration, starting in September 2023, provides Daïmo with a technological and conceptual watch while offering the University valuable insights and input from the field.
A Growing Family
Despite the hard work involved in building the company and satisfying customers, Daïmo also embraced a sense of family. In 2022 and 2023, five new Daïmo babies joined the company, further cementing the tight-knit and supportive culture within the organization.
